As Otto drove out of town, Dixie told him about the bag of Susan B. Anthony dollars. The Mayor, in his generosity to give Otto the ‘Rainbow Wig Bandit’s’ bright yellow cargo van for apprehending him, had forgotten to remove the stolen cash. Otto said it was their destiny. They'd return to her hometown to pursue her dream of owning a tattoo parlor. Otto could pursue his new vocation as a spatula-wielding crimefighter. So they drove through the night towards Shenandoah, PA.
