Meeting a Goal

Well I've been on Ficly for almost a year. I had several goals to develop my writing, but the one that drove me the most, was to average a story a day. I joined last March and March is just now peeking around the corner. Today I hit my 365th entry- and I'd like to thank you, the Ficly community. Without your help, your challenges, kind words ad inspiration, I do not think I would have made it his far. More often than not, you are a wonderful group and I am proud to have worked with you in any fashion. In celebration of me meeting my own goal, I'd like to challenge you. Write a story (any genre/time) where the main character meets their goal. Whether the hero catches up with the villain or gets the girl/boy, or the scientist finally finishes his/her pet project, tell me about the time they WON! Do you have a story in you about success? What does it feel/smell/taste like? Good luck!
