Nothing At All

You tell the shoe nothing.

All existence blinks out of existence. There is no air, there is no life, there is no space, no time, nothing.

But! Before you run out of air to breathe, you realize something.

You exist.

Therefore, something exists. Suddenly, the world comes into being again with a great bang caused by the snapping of formless time-space into its previous form.

You have thusly created the world, what do you do? A. Realize this could have happened before. B. Play God. C. Seek out Rene Descartes for the solution to your problem. D. Again realize you exist.
