Call from a Familiar Phone Compnay

The phone rings.

“Is this Eric in 2009?”

“Yes”

“Are you aware of the trans-time phone charges that have recently been accrued to your account?”

“Um”

“You had not previously activated this feature; therefore additional charges will be levied. My suggestion to you would be to change your account at this time, then call yourself yesterday and make the appropriate changes thereby saving the additional service fees.”

“Um, sure”

“Your account will be billed, thank you for using AT&T.”
