The Girls
Simplicity doesn't visit me as often as I like. She spends her time singing and dancing off in a field. Usually her counterpoint ends in a perfect cadence, sunlight swirling around her glowing body. And I miss her.
Chaos is fine. Her tangled hair gets caught in my fingers. But under her illnesses lies fire. Oh, I really do admire fire.
But the girls fight. They just can't stand to be around each other. Chaos needs my full attention, but it can be incredibly tiring.
I appreciate when she doesn't pass through me and my loved ones. But she's never far away. In fact, I hear her now.
