Love Will Find A Way

"No!" I screamed as we were torn away from each other. My arms locked in the iron grip of the men behind me.

I fought, kicking and screaming as he was drug off to the horse drawn prison. My shoulders burned as the men tightened their grip.

I couldn't let them take him. He was my home. The one thing in this world that I loved. The only one I truly needed.

~ _Like dark turning into day_ ~

I had been lost without him. Lost and alone. Trapped in my own personal darkness, my own personal hell.

~ _Somehow we'll come through, now that I've found you_ ~

When I found him, it was like looking at the sun. So warm, so full of life and love and kindness.

"I'll find you!" I called as he was locked away and the carriage began moving.

The men dropped me and when I tried to stand, stuck me down before mounting their horses and leaving.

"I'll always find you."
