17. Conclusion: My Dark Campfire

I *PILOT* my *FEAR* from *EARTH* to *MARS*, I hurtle through *SPACE* at the *SPEED* of *LIGHT* *SOCIETY* may *CALL* to me from afar; But I *RUN* through *DARKNESS* in my fright.

I'll never calm my *DAUGHTER's FEARS*, Or take *PRIDE* in her laughter at a *COMEDY* show. I ended my tormentors' *LIFE*, through tears, With *BULLETS*. *ACCIDENTal DEATH*? No.

And in my *HOLE* of brilliant beams, *PHILOSOPHY* became my passion. *METAPHYSICS* asked me, in shrill screams, To be the spokesOne of Ir-ration.

The *TEST*--the *CHALLENGE*--now, I find: In *ISOLATION* bleak, to inspire Viewers passing by to *DUCK* into my mind And see visions in my *DARK CAMPFIRE*.

*TECHNOLOGY* lets me shine a light, A torch, into my horrored head. I've built a Heav'n in Hell's despite: I hope my *POEM* reveals _you_, instead.
