*The Taste of Pork Liver* So, this is my first impression, it's complicated. It's chewy like a rubber boat but still can cut off. It's sort of uncooked and fishy taste but not that disgusting. When it's totally running through your stomach, you would think you just bite a chicken drumstick. In general, if I had another chance, I would love to give it another shot. DELICIOUS!!
