Trap

So, where are you? Is the sun out? I can't feel any warmth on my face.

The ground feels soft and earthy and - wait, _why are your shoes and socks off?_ Ok, let's feel around here. What's this, is this a tree? Feels like bark but _why can't I see anything?_ Let's try moving around a bit. Yeah, I'm definitely outside since I'm stepping on twigs that hurt.

Wait, what was that? Something's coming towards me.

I need to hide behind something! Where's that goddamn tree? Nevermind just lie down and find a bush. Jesus that thing sounds big, it's like something's breaking logs apart. Is it breathing? Sounds like a moose but I'm not in Alaska, at least I don't think so.

I can't hear anything. Did it go away? No, I can still hear the breathing. Oh my god, _it's looking for me._ Just don't move and it'll be ok.

It's moving away. No, wait, it's making a lot of noise now, like it's stamping. And now it's, _oh god it's roaring!_

It's roaring because it can't find me. I'm safe.

No, I'm not. It just called its friends
