An old friend

I'm going to meet up with an old friend that I've had for a long time.

She is the only one I can tell anything to, and I think I'm going to tell her how I feel about her.

We met at work. At first the only thing we had in common was she had her birthday a day before mine. However, like all good friendships, the things we had in common grew more and more each day. It got to the point where I remember this one Saturday her and I worked a full 8 hour shift. Like most Saturdays it was a really slow day so her and I would talk the entire shift. We even had lunch at the same time so we could talk some more.

I never did want to rush things with her in letting her know how I felt as she, at the time, had broken up with her ex after a 3 year relationship.

That was six months ago. I'm going to tell her how I feel.
